Content Description Jesse has a cold but "is able to kick foot ball." It is not true that Charles was shot, Wilmor just received a letter from him and "he said it was good funn he did not get hurt." They have received new French rifles which are "warented to shoot 1,000 yards." The rifles are "the len[g]th of a shot gunn and the bayonets are longer than musket bayonet[s]."
