Treaty arranged by Alexander Ramsey and Ashley C. Morrill, Commissioner on the part of the United States, and the Chippewa leaders on 2 October 1863 (and ratified on 5 May 1864). Includes a supplement concluded on 12 April 1864 and ratified on 25 April 1864.
