Content Description Written by Captain Randall to Secretary of War Knox. Encloses two letters (not included) for the women mentioned in Knox's last letter. Annexes a statement of William Duer's notes. Says Knox has a debit of $38 dollars for a piece of blue satin that was bought for Lucy Knox. Says Captain [Job] Prince delivered a fan to him sent by Samuel Shaw to Lucy Knox, and he will ask Captain Gibbs to transmit the fan to Knox.
