Additional Information Notes: The letter lists fourteen separate acts and three resolves providing details for the foundation of the government as outlined by the Constitution. GLC 4886 transmits two acts, one establishing the temporary and permanent seat of the government and the other act providing for the payment of Invalid Prisoners, to the governor of New Hampshire.
