| Content Description | Archer signs over to Stone the title for "one half of the land secured to me...by the annexed deed...by N.F. Smith." Witnessed by William Christy, Willis A Jarvis, and J.W. Moorly. The deed from Niles Smith appears on pp.2-3, and specifies the location of the land and indicates that Branch paid Smith $1,000 for it. Signed by Smith on p.3 and witnessed by Henry Millard, E. Harris, and J.G. Welsh Meyer. |
