Content Description Written at 11:00 PM at home. Went shopping for him for shoe polish and thimbles to use for his trigger finger. Tried to get him Halva and was told it wasn't "in season." She talks about old letters that she has found that he wrote, one from 1926. Says she dreams of him at Oregon State [University] in training.
