Content Description Addressed to Biddle in Philadelphia. Encloses a receipt from Lieutenant Werte for utensils delivered to Captain Lewe's company of the First Battalion of Colonel Mile's Regiment of Riflemen. Mentions receiving 10 wooden bowls. Reports that since being appointed as Barracks master, the artillery men have been applying for many necessities. Asks him to review a copy of a request for supplies made by Captain Proctor and let him know what quantities he should send.
