Content Description | They have had a very successful expedition, driving the rebels back and capturing a great many prisoners. He describes the prisoners as tough and healthy, but their clothing varied widely. The food has improved greatly and they are doing their own cooking. Anything that is left over can be traded with the local people, although they do not have much either. He doesn't know when they will be paid so he asks for money. |
