Content Description Thanks Doctor Johnson for his earlier letter and papers containing, ". . . directions by which persons in whom the vital powers are suspended either by natural causes or by accident may be restored to live." Tells Johnson he will exert himself to preserve the health and happiness of mankind, the citizens of Connecticut in particular. Docketed by Huntington as a copy. Contains numerous strikeouts.
