Content Description Requests Captain Bryant immediately sends 50 Barrels of powder to Stephen Higginson, merchant, regiment in Boston, Massachusetts. The powder is for the "Navy and the vessell will be waiting to receive it." (The vessel was probably the USS Constitution.)
