Content Description Acknowledges that he has received Bryant's letters. Instructs Bryant that if he has not already done so, to send a receipt to Colonel Williams for a six pounder and a carriage that was shipped. Discusses Bryant's continuance at the post, says he wishes Bryant well and will act accordingly. Notes that "the fever still rages and many fall dayly."
