Describes a recent parade put on by the Fire Department, noting that the mayor was there, as well as 300 policemen, two Fire Engines, two Hook & Ladders, and 150 Firemen. Written on stationery with "US Army General Hospital, Newton University, Baltimore" letterhead. |
