Additional Information | Signer of the U.S. Constitution. Morris was a member of the Continental Congress from Pennsylvania 1775-1778 and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Bingham was agent of the Continental Congress at Martinique, and afterwards consul at St. Pierre, in the West Indies 1777-1780. He was also a member of the Continental Congress from Pennsylvania 1786-1788. |
