Content Description Nicola signs as Colonel of the Invalid Regiment. Lists the names of four soldiers and their dates of transfer from Delaware to the Invalid Regiment. States that though the men were transferred from Delaware into the Invalid Regiment they "are returned as belonging to the quota of that state."
