Content Description | Henderson, possibly captain of the Bulldog, informs an unknown recipient of his first lieutenant's failure to conduct duties. States that the lieutenant, Mr. Webb, "has so much neglected his duty lately, that He is Only a nominal officer, and of no kind of service to me." States that among other offenses, Webb went into town without requesting leave. Requests the recipient to "apply to the Board for another Officer for the Bulldog." |
