Wolcott, Secretary of the Treasury, has been requested by the House of Representatives to prepare a report on the establishment of districts for collecting duties along the United States border with Canada. Asks Knox a series of questions on the subject to help him prepare his report. Questions revolve around locations of British settlements in Canada, trade between the British and the Americans, and other similar themes.
