Content Description Partially printed document signed by Helm as Kentucky Governor and countersigned by Secretary John Finnell. Grants Duley a tract of 255 acres in Livingston, Kentucky "in consideration of a warrant from the Livingston County Court." Outlines the location of the tract. An autograph note signed by E.A. Macurdy "R.S. Off" on the verso states that Duley has title to the tract.
