Content Description | Indenture regarding a payment of $10 owed them by Benjamin Walker. First part states the terms and circumstances related to the indenture, signed by William Bingham, his wife and W. Jackson and Grubb as witnesses. Second part is a note of acknowledgement signed by Edward Shippen, a justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The third part discusses the delivery of the indenture and its copies. Dated 15 March 1793 and signed by William Bingham and Richard Parker and John Vaughan as witnesses. All signatures appear to be written in another hand. Noted as a copy. |
