Content Description Refers to an earlier letter in which he asks to renew his acceptance of General [Henry] Jackson's drafts at the Bank of the United States. Will be staying in Thomaston longer than he planned because his son, Washington, is very ill, likely close to death. If the catastrophe happens, they will wait as long as is necessary, and then set out by land to Boston.
