Title Henry Knox to Royal Flint regarding bonds and financial matters
Date 27 April 1793
Author Knox, Henry (1750-1806)
Recipient Flint, Royal

Content Description Has endeavored in vain to get William Bingham to change the bond into a note for Flint. Bingham would have been willing to accede to the request "had it been for your own [Flint's] accommodation but he knows to the contrary." Reports that Bingham dislikes having his notes handed about. Encloses the $2,500 bond for Flint (not included). It seems that Flint was in debtors prison at this time (see GLC02437.05884).
