Content Description Discusses payments related to the armory in Springfield, Massachusetts. Instructs Bryant to provide Jeremiah Wadsworth with a receipt of payment and to make two duplicates of the receipt. Also sends a list (not included) of items from the armory at Springfield, Massachusetts that Congress ordered to be sold. Directs Bryant to "make yourself acquainted with the value of these articles and for the price they could be sold at Springfield or Hartford." Written from the War Office.
