Content Description Is disappointed that he has not heard from Royal Flint on the purchase of Mount Desert in Maine. Having authority to negotiate, he will make advances to Mr. Greigore tomorrow. Will receive the maps by Captain Chessman, who is on the Brig "Ceres" on its way to Philadelphia and that he will observe the situation of their tract from them. Notes much depends on the information being sent by Phineas Bruce.
