Content Description Reports that the Commander in Chief has postponed the execution of three soldiers, Ephraim Barker, Archibald McDonald, and John Batuze until November 1st. Phineas Smith, a waggoner in the Quarter Master General's employ, is free to return to duty. Wayne was the general in command of the United States Army in Greeneville, Ohio.
