Additional Information Spinner was a United States Representative 1855-1860. He was later appointed by Abraham Lincoln to the post of Treasurer of the United States, 1861-1875. Solomons is possibly Adolphus Simeon Solomons, who founded the American National Red Cross with Clara Barton.
