Additional Information Elias Boudinot was President of the Continental Congress from 1782-1783, later Congressman from New Jersey and Director of the Mint. Served as Commisary General for Prisoners early in the American Revolution. Lewis Pintard was a famous merchant and was one of the incorporators of the Chamber of Commerce established by George III in 1770. He was an agent for American prisoners during the American revolution.
