States that Lillie is improving from her illness and informs that he has sent money to cover the expenses. Additional Information | Hincks was a Union General and Commander of Camp Lookout prison April - May 1864. He led a Negro division in the Petersburg siege. He also served on court martial and recruiting duties intermittently. Nichols was a Cambridge Massachusetts Commission merchant. |
