Appoints his wife and friends Augustus Van Cortland and George Baines executors, and endows the latter two with the power to (if they see fit) remove his children from "their Mother and appropriate the Interest of their respective Legacies and incomes to their maintenance." Gives one of his four slaves to each of his family members and orders some of his property sold and the money lent out to support his three children. |
