States that by "our Sovereign Lord Charles, by the Grace of God, King of England, Scotland, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith" that gold and silver should be used for the "planting, ruling ordering and governing of New England in America - " This first portion is dated 1629, with the following parts indicating the dates of receipt and whom received it.
