Contains two statements, each followed by the clerical signature of Samuel Barrett, Justice of the Peace, who serves as a witness. Contains a 29 October 1791 note and the clerical signature of Timothy Rogers authorizing William Taylor to be the attorney for Goldthwait. Contains a 12 August 1806 note signed by Harrison Gray Otis vesting "in said Taylor & his heirs, all the estate of said Thomas Goldthwait." |
