Content Description He has not written because he was busy and waiting for the Ohio which was delayed by the ice until the Thetis went in search of her. He has attended ballgames that begin at 8 pm and end before sundown. He is sending a Draft for $300 to be divided amongst the children. Due to the Presidential election, he does not expect the "financial horizon" to improve until next year.
