Content Description The document states that Elias and Abraham Provoost are bound to the city and people of Albany for the sum of 50 pounds. It is also stated that the Provoosts have a pass from the Governor to trade with the Five Nations, and if they should decide not to trade with the Indians for peltry, then the current financial obligation will be declared void.
