Filled in form of the Department of Northern Virginia, Chief Engineer's Office authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to pay $30 ($10 in gold bullion) for a reproduction of Lieutenant M. McDonald's map of Richmond. It is to be made with "chloride or gold" through a "photographic process."
