Appears Knox delivered the warrant to Richard Platt and received a certificate for $1000 from Platt signed by Winthrop Sargent. Note at bottom of the document states "Sworn before Major Wheaton Justice Peace 22 Aug', 1801." Docket notes the affidavit was written from Thomaston, Maine.
