Content Description Album with "A.A." initials embossed on front knob. Includes images of Lincoln, Mary Lincoln (2), Lincoln's Cabinet, generals, writers, freed slaves, prisoners of war, Confederate leaders, etc. Lacks one clasp. Due to album's fragility, pages removed from album 6/97 and boxed as album pages. 50 pages with four cartes per page, most labeled in a contemporary hand (and sometimes humorously, as in Jefferson Davis). Another copy of the New Orleans freed slaves is in GLB 75.
