Title Agreement to ship goods aboard the Marquiss

Content Description Lists goods he has received as the commander of the privateer ship the Marquiss to ship on behalf of Samuel Croce. States he will sell the contents in France and return to Croce the profits after giving one fourth to the freight commissioners. The estimated costs of the goods are listed on the lower half of the document. Document is signed by an N. Ward but John Buffington was the commander of the Marquis (see GLC01450.060).
