Mentions having received two New York newspapers to keep him informed of what is going on at home. Asks about her plans to travel while he is gone. Encourages her to continue mingling with society. Wonders why she answered his questions cooly and decides that when they meet in person, he will settle the issue. Written from Camp Wadsworth. Addressed to "Maggie."
