Transcript	Show/hide Download PDF [partial] [draft] I intended with Mr. Rosman the Pleasure of spending a little Time with you at West Point - Mr. Apthorp, Mr. Baeke & the other Gentlemen on Board proposed to themselves the Honor of passing their Respects to you - But the favorable Breeze & the late Hour of the Evening have induced us to alter our Plan & defer our visit until We return from Albany to which Place We are now bound. - Your Goodness will pardon our passing your Door - Accept our best wishes, present us respectfully to Mrs. Knox, & permit me to subscribe myself with much Esteem.
