Content Description In the trial of Robert and Johannis Van Deusen v. Josiah Loomis, Timothy Conner states that "Josiah Loomis told him that he had then lately agreed with Robert Livingston, Junr. Esqr. present Lord of the Manor of Livingston, to remove of from the lands which he then possessed at Tahkanick in the said Manor whenever the said Robert Livingston should signifie that such was his pleasure."
