Content Description In the trial of Robert and Johannis Van Deusen v. Josiah Loomis, Ebenezer Loomis states that he remembers that the late Philip Livingston allowed his brother Josiah Loomis to build a house and farm upon the land called Taghkanic. He also notes that about a year ago, Robert Livingston, Jr. ordered Josiah Loomis off of the farm at Taghkanic.
