Content Description Worked hard on old age assistance benefits in compliance with the Federal law at work. Sor. Hopes he is well and Camp Lewis is OK. Says the invasion seems imminent. Says the Black Market activity has been dwindling because they clamped down on the "C" and "T" coupons that were going to the garages. She has "B" coupons.

Additional Information Fort Lewis is an Army base in Tacoma, Washington. An "A" sticker on a car was the lowest priority of gasoline rationing; "B" stickers were issued to workers in the military industry. "C" stickers were granted to persons deemed very essential to the war effort, such as doctors. "T" rations were made available for truckers.
