Content Description Addresses many of Moe's previous letters. Wishes her mail would reach him on a regular basis. Comments that he is sewing, not using a gun or pen in the Army. Attended the Executive Meeting of the Victory Educational Council of the Ocean Front. The purpose of the group is to put pressure on legislatures to address issues for the community and the consumer, She complains about someone who has a new Plymouth and Black Market gas. She writes poetry in response to his poems.
