Content Description Reports that he would have written sooner, but William Duer has not yet "been able to engage suitable characters to enter into a speculation of those lands." States that Mr. [Andrew] Craigie hopes to take part in the land dealings and has gone to Boston to inquire about his prospects. Notes that if Craigie declines the position, they will have to find a person "of solidity enough to carry it through." Noted as a copy and appears to be written in Henry Jackson's hand including Flint's signature. Sent with GLC02437.05529.
