Transcript	Show/hide We inclose [sic] the copy of a Letter from Francis Wade Deputy Quarter to the President of Congress; which hath been for that purpose referred to us. We cannot but lament that no salutary Provisions have been hitherto divided to put a stop to the dangerous practice complained of.
