Sutlers include Simon Richards, William Foot, James McMasters, Asa Spauldin, Samuel Warrin, Roger Magrath Gatsey, Mrs. Current, John Andrews, William Adams, Aaron Thompson, Able Boyington-Dunlap, Ezra Eaton, John Sullivan, and Mr. England. Licensing authorities include Generals [Alexander] McDougal, [William] Heath and [John] Paterson, and Colonels [John] Crane and Shephard [possibly William Shepard]. |
