Content Description Robert and Johannis Van Deusen state that the site on which their alleged act of trespass took place was a tract of land that had been seized from Robert Livingston. Robert Van Deusen signed the statement with his mark. Pages 2 and 3 are further statements regarding Robert Livingston's rights to Taghkenic, and whether Taghkenic is located in the province of New York or Massachusetts. The statements are signed "Worthingham & Hawley for the Plaint."
