With clerical signatures of New York Supreme Court Justice John A. Lott and Murray's attorneys Vail & Sedgwick as witnesses. Includes printed "Directions for Executing the Commission" and "Instructions to Commissioners." Page 100, partially printed, includes instructions to return the executed commission by mail to Vail and Sedgwick and a note, possibly signed by Olin, that "The execution of this commission appears in certain schedules hereunto annexed."
