Content Description News of the funeral preparations for Lincoln in New York. Also includes reports of the capture of Raleigh by Sherman. Two letters, one between Edwin Booth and Judge Edmonds, the other between Booth and Mr. Henry Jarrett are published. Edwin Booth, brother of John Wilkes Booth was an ardent Lincoln supporter. The paper is uncut.
