Content Description Jonathan Williams, the chairman Philadelphia's Committee of Defence, had a partial list of member names and requested that Robert M. Patterson make a list at a group meeting (see GLC02978.22). The engineers at that meeting resolved to have a list drawn up (see GLC02978.23 and GLC02978.24). This is probably the list made by the members.
