Content Description Written and signed by both Cornelius van Dyck and Johannes Provoost, administrators and trustees of the estate of Antonia Blackboome, widow of the late Arent van CorLaer. The document certifies the transfer of a tract of land to Johannes Clute. The bottom of p.2 contains a certification statement by one of Livingston's clerks, which states that the document was entered into the office records on the 12 December 1684.
