Content Description Discusses a land deal between himself, John Miller, and Henry Knox. Appears Miller gave Moulton a mortgage deed for a lot of land which resides on Knox's patent as security for a debt he owed Moulton. Moulton now requests Knox gives him a deed for that lot in Moulton's name. Written from "Buckston" which is likely in Maine.
